What are the delivery timescales?
Our standard UK delivery time will be within 2-4 working days from order. We always aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Packages will be delivered by Royal Mail. If you wish to send outside of the UK then contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look at the options for you so we can let you know exact cost.
Next Day Delivery: Orders need to be placed by midday to arrive the next day between 7am and 8pm and we will use Royal Mail. Note that if ordered after midday on Thursday your delivery will be Monday. Next Day Delivery is currently unavailable outside the UK.
What are the delivery costs?
£3.50 Standard Shipping Cost
Gift cards are valid at fixupclothing.com and in-store in Sherborne only. A Fix Up Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. We do not refund gift cards and lost or stolen gift cards can not be replaced. Gift cards are available in set amounts of £20, £50 and £100. When you buy a gift card you will receive an email of confirmation and a second email that will contact your digital gift card number. Add this number to the gift card / discount box at check out to redeem! Or present to our staff in store with your purchase. For further questions please email email@example.com
Amendments or Cancellations
If you wish to amend or cancel your order please contact our customer service crew at firstname.lastname@example.org Include your order number. We ask you do this as soon as possible once order has been placed to stop shipping of your item(s) however, it may not be possible in which case refer to the Returns FAQ section.
Where is my order?
When your order is placed we will send you email confirmation (dont forget it could go to your junk box). We then send a dispatch email when the order is sent out. To track this please email email@example.com

We only offer a returns policy for unworn garments returned in good condition over 28 days from online purchase
Your refund will take 4 working days (from Monday to Friday) once your return has been received by us but please check with your card company for their turnaround. Please bear with us during busy periods like Christmas as this may take longer.
